Special machinery for the brewing industry

We manufacture special machinery for the capping and shrinking process of original closures for the brewing industry. Our special machinery is already in operation in more than 30 breweries.

atka - Capper A2000

This capping machine integrates 3 working sequences in a single machine

  1. Supply hopper for 2000 caps
  2. Sorting and separating of caps
  3. A capper chute with a capper head
From the supply hopper the caps are being transported into the sorting drum. Through an integrated control system only caps in the correct position are transported to the capper chute, which is equipped with an electronic monitoring system. During the pass through process of the keg, the cap (atka – shrink cap or atka - snap-on cap) is attached automatically to the fitting. This machine is designed for the asynchronous balanced mode and adjusts itself to the respective size of the keg.

atka - Shrinker S1200

The keg is transported along a conveyor belt to the intake of the machine. After passing through a light barrier the shrinkhead is brought into shrinking position electronically. Hereafter, the stoppers are opened and the shrinkhead drives synchronously to the keg along the run-out zone, where the shrinking process takes place. The speed of the conveyor belt can be controlled. This machine is designed for the asynchronous balanced mode and adjusts itself to the respective size of the keg.

Capacity 1000 Kegs / h

atka
- Shrinker S600

The keg arrives at the shrinking unit on a conveyor belt. The shrinking unit recognises the size of the keg automatically and brings itself into position. Four hot air nozzles provide a fast shrinking process. The entire machine is monitored electronically. Possible breakdown is indicated through an acoustic signal.

Capacity 650 Kegs / h

All machines are equipped with a SIEMENS SPS control. All pneumatic and electronic parts are designed according to ISO – standards.
